It's okay, to not be okay and it is okay to ask for help!

Say to yourself

Self

I Forgive you.

I Forgive you for all the pain you endured for love and to be loved.

I Forgive you for all of your not yet's, because they can always become your right now, and change the entire trajectory of your life.

I Forgive you for setbacks.

I Forgive you for a dream deferred, but through faith not being deterred and knowing it can always become a dream achieved.

I Forgive you for wrong turns, because there is always newfound direction.

I Forgive you for mistakes, because after all we are all human and mistakes are just lessons learned to turn our will and power over to a power grander than ourselves.

I forgive you, because lessons learned discover renewed purpose.

Remember forgiveness starts from within!

Praying Hands

Poet and Aspiring Author, writing and designing sober apparel for the addict in recovery in an effort to contribute to global addiction and mental health awareness.

Established in February of 2021, Pink Elephant Pink Cloud was formed by personal trials and the inspiration found through recovery and sobriety.  My hope it to relay a message of my personal experience through living life on life terms, life's ebbs and flows, and the unexpected but enlightening journey it led me on.

In my mid-thirties I found myself frequently in and out of intensive inpatient and outpatient treatment programs.

I still remember the day when I finally admitted to becoming powerless, and in that moment became willing to seek the help I needed.  I fought to long and hard to deny both having anxiety and depression and a substance use disorder to top it all off. Looking at me from the outside in, one would be baffled as to how and why my life transitioned in such a society viewed "ill appealing" way.

I am so beyond thankful for this journey.  I have had the blessing of meeting so many wonderful people in recovery many who are now friends. I've developed spiritual principles, and have access to a road map for living - commonly refereed to as the 12 steps, I am apart of a fellowship of men and women worldwide that are just like me. I am no-longer alone, I am loved and accepted and non-judged.

Because of the rewards of recovery, I have dedicated my life to helping others who struggle with the same co-occurring issues.  I am driven to paying it forward by sharing a message of empowerment, hardship, triumph, addiction and mental health.

Through my sober apparel designs I aim to provide a positive view into what a life of change, honesty, open-mindedness and willingness looks like.  Each and every design represents transformation and is meant to encourage all to look within and discover their truest selves, redefining their purpose and direction and strengthening one's ability to overcome fear with confidence.
